Text layer
A text layer consists of two main components: the text content and the box containing the text.
Styling the Text Content:
Click on a Text Layer to open the Layer Style Editor on the left side of the Canvas. Then, click the Style tab, select Content, and you'll see the following options.
Font name: Choose from a library of over 1400 fonts.
Decorations: Apply styles like italic, bold, underline, or superscript.
Font size: Adjust the font size in increments of 5.
Letter spacing: Modify the spacing between characters.
Line height: Adjust the spacing between lines of text.
Opacity: Adjusts the transparency of the text-layer color.
Color: Select colors from your recent colors, color palettes, or custom options.
Styling the Text Box:
Click on a Text Layer to open the Layer Style Editor on the left side of the Canvas. Then, click the Style tab, select Box, and you'll see the following options.
Color: Add a background color to the text box.
Gradient: Apply a gradient color to the background of the text box instead of a solid color
Border: Customize the border by adding a color, adjusting its thickness, and selecting the border style.
Align: Position the text horizontally or vertically within the text box
Adding text effects:
Click on a Text Layer to open the Layer Style Editor on the left side of the Canvas. Then, click the Style tab, select Effects, and you'll see the following options.
Hollow: Creates an outline of the text, leaving the interior transparent.
Background: Adds a solid background color behind the text for emphasis.
Lift: Gives the text a subtle 3D effect, making it appear raised from the canvas.
Shadow: Applies a shadow behind the text for depth and contrast.
Outline: Adds a colored border around the text, making it stand out from the background
