Resizing
There are two ways to resize a layer:
Constant Aspect Ratio
The width and height ratio remains unchanged, ensuring the layer scales proportionally as it becomes larger or smaller.
Unhide layer outline: Click on the layer to make its outline visible, showing circular handles at the four corners.
Drag the diagonal handles: To resize the layer while keeping its aspect ratio intact, drag any of the four diagonal handles inward or outward.
Variable Aspect Ratio
The aspect ratio can change, allowing you to adjust the width and height independently.
Using handles: Click on the layer to make its outline visible, revealing vertical and horizontal handles.
Horizontal handles: Drag the top or bottom handles to adjust the height.
Vertical handles: Drag the left or right handles to change the width.
Style Editor: Select the layer to open the Layer Style Editor.
Position tab: Go to the Position tab and select Basic Position.
Size: Enter the desired width and height.
