Overview

Visitor's address information can be as valuable as digital contacts. It offers an additional direct and effective communication channel, enabling marketers to develop omni-channel marketing programs that integrate both digital and offline strategies, such as direct mail and telemarketing.

Getting Visitor Address

To create an Ask for visitor's address first decide on what address information (e.g. City, Zip) you want to collect. Then follow the process outlined below.

1. Add Form Layers: Add Form Layers for each of the address fields you want. Click the Forms button at the top of the _Canvas and select an input field form layer.

2. Configure Form Layer:

   • Is Required: Check the box to make the field mandatory, ensuring users provide the necessary information.

   • Placeholder: Add placeholder text to specify the address field you want to collect

   • Form type: Set the form type to "lead."

   • Field name: Select a field name that corresponds to the address information you wish to collect

3. Add a Submit Action Layer: Below the form layer, add a layer with a Submit Action. Tag it as a conversion if you consider the submission to be a conversion event.
