Call action

Overview

Call actions enable visitors to initiate inbound calls to connect with a sales or support professional.

Add Call Action:

To add an action to a layer

  1. Open context menu: Right-click on the layer to bring up the context menu, then select Add Action.

  2. Open action configurator: From the Add Action menu, choose Call Action to open the Action Configurator.

  3. Enter required information: Configure the following parameters to add a Call Action

    • Conversion: Decide whether to tag the action as a partial or final conversion.

    • Phone number: Enter the phone number where the call should be directed.

Note:

Currently, Call Action is not supported on desktop devices. When a user hovers over a Call Action, the cursor will change to a "not-allowed" symbol, which looks like a circle with a line through it, indicating that the layer is not clickable.
