Overview
A primary goal in marketing and sales is to secure an appointment with a prospect for a more detailed offline conversation. In email marketing, this is typically accomplished through online scheduling tools like Calendly. However, the challenge lies in the fact that this request is often not seamlessly integrated into the overall story or pitch. Visuelly seamlessly integrates appointment requests within your story, enhancing the chances of success.
Appointment Scheduling
Here’s how to do it:
Add a scene: Start by adding a new scene at the end of your visual story.
Add Calendly app: Access the App Layer Selector by clicking on the Dollar Icon attached to the left hand side of the Canvas. Click on Calendly
Configure Calendly:
User name: Enter your Calendly user name from your Calendly account
GDPR warning: Choose whether you want the GDPR banner to be displayed.
Configure Data Send: Click on Configure Scene and select Calendly in the Send to data fields:
Warning:
For the appointment setting application layer to function properly, you need to configure the Scene to send data to the correct third-party appointment scheduling vendor. Currently, this vendor is Calendly.
Note:
To set up appointments with Calendly, you must have an account with Calendly and add it as a third-party integration in your account. This can be done by adding Calendly in the Integrations module, which is located in the Account Settings section. Additionally, Visuel.ly will soon expand its portfolio to support other online scheduling vendors as third-party software.
