Call Action Warning

Overview

Call Actions enable visitors to initiate inbound calls to connect with a sales or support professional.

Warning

If Call Actions are not properly configured on a scene, you may encounter the following warnings:

  1. Missing phone number: You will receive a warning if a Call Action is added without entering a phone number in the Action Configurator.

  2. Incorrect phone number format: If the phone number entered in the Action Configurator is not formatted correctly, a warning will be issued.
