Story action

Marketers often have multiple brand stories to share, whether it's about a new product, a major customer success, the company’s history, or the founder's vision. However, it's challenging to predict which story will resonate with a specific user. To address this and personalize the experience, you can allow users to choose the story that interests them most. This is the purpose of the Story Action, which enables you to present different stories on a scene, letting the user decide which one to explore.

Add Story Action:

To add an action to a layer

  1. Open context menu: Right-click on the layer to bring up the context menu, then select "Add Action."

  2. Open action configurator: From the Add Action menu, choose Story Action to open the Action Configurator.

  3. Enter required information: Configure the following parameters to add a Story Action

    • Select a campaign: This is the story you want to attach to the action and show the user.

    • Send visitor back: Once the new story ends or user closes the new story users will be returned to the prior story back to the scene that were on

    • Conversion: Decide whether to tag the action as a partial or final conversion.

Note:

For a Story Action to function correctly, the campaign attached to it must be published. Additionally, both campaigns need to target the same domains that were selected when the campaigns were created.
