Target Webpages

Targeting SEO visitors can be useful if you have several high-ranking pages and want to dynamically update the content on those pages to display a visual story.

Overview

If your campaign targets SEO traffic, you'll need to specify which pages should display the campaign. This could include not only the entry page—the page the user initially landed on from a search result—but also any other pages the user navigates to from that entry page. Keep in mind that if you assign the same campaign to multiple pages, it will be shown to the visitor as they browse your site, which might not provide the best user experience.

Select Target Pages:

Here's how to set up the target pages for an SEO campaign:

  1. Access the campaign builder: Click on the Campaign name in the Campaigns Dashboard.

  2. Open campaign setup: Click on the Setup menu

  3. Target: Click on the Target submenu on the left-hand side.

  4. Page selection: Click on the Page Selection button.

    • Start a Group: Click on Add a Group. A group can target either a single page or multiple pages. You can create multiple groups, and any webpage within a group will be eligible for the SEO campaign.

    • Setup a Group:

      • Host: This is your website's domain, which is set when you create the campaign and cannot be changed.

      • Page Path: This refers to the part of the URL that follows the domain name and precedes any query parameters. For example, if the page is for selling shoes, the path might be /product/shoes. Make sure the path begins with a "/".

      • Query Parameters: These are the key-value pairs that appear after the "?" in the URL. For instance, ?category=mens&type=running.
