Personalizing with story action
Overview
Marketers often have multiple brand stories to share, whether it's about a new product, a major customer success, the company’s history, or the founder's vision. However, it's challenging to predict which story will resonate with a specific user.
To address this and personalize the experience, you can allow users to choose the story that interests them most. This is the purpose of the Story Action, which enables you to present different stories on a scene, letting the user decide which one to explore.
Personalization With Story Action
Here is how you personalize using Story Action.
Create an anchor story: Start by crafting an overview or anchor story that serves as the main narrative.
Create supporting stories: Create additional stories that cater to different user preferences and interests.
Gather user preferences : In the anchor story, include a scene where users can provide their preferences.
Use story sctions: Add a Story Action to each preference option, linking these actions to the relevant supporting stories you've developed.
Note:
For a Story Action to work properly, the attached campaign must be published. Both campaigns also need to target the same domains selected during their creation. Additionally, the target configurations set up in Campaign Setup for both stories must match.
