Warning:
Published campaigns may not be visible if the Visuel.ly snippet has not been added to the correct website. Remember, a campaign can be created for multiple related websites, so ensure that the snippet is added to all relevant sites.
Note:
Even after adding a snippet to your website, your campaign may not appear for several reasons. Here are some possible issues to consider:
Snippet Placement: Ensure the snippet is correctly added to the specific page that users are being directed to. If the snippet is not on the right page, the campaign will not trigger.
Campaign Setup: Verify that the campaign setup is accurate, including visitor type, device type, and other relevant settings. Incorrect configurations can prevent the campaign from displaying.
Target Domain: Check that the target domain settings match the domain where the snippet is implemented and matches the specific page that users are being directed to. If there's a mismatch, the campaign may not activate.
Campaign Schedule: Confirm that the campaign is scheduled to run during the time the user visits the site. If the campaign is set for a different timeframe, it will not appear.
Region Settings: Ensure that the campaign is configured for the appropriate region or location. If the campaign targets specific regions, it may not show up for users outside those areas.
Review these factors to troubleshoot and ensure your campaign displays as intended.
