Analytics Engine

Visuel.ly includes a powerful analytics engine that monitors every user interaction. Here’s how it benefits you:

  1. Campaign performance: The analytics engine tracks key metrics to evaluate how effectively your campaign meets its conversion goals.

  2. User engagement insights: It provides valuable insights into user engagement, helping you understand how users interact with your campaign.

  3. Captures visitor data: If your campaign requests details like email, phone number, or address, this information is automatically collected.

  4. Campaign Optimization: Use these insights to fine-tune and improve your campaign for better results.

Data Access and Presentation

  1. Graphical display: Data is presented graphically in the Monitor section, making it easy to interpret and analyze.

  2. Downloadable reports: You can also download the data for detailed offline review and reporting.

Common Menu Options:

The menu options on the left-hand side of the Monitor tab vary based on the scenes in your campaign. The following options are available for all campaigns:

  1. Dashboard: Displays key metrics including conversations, conversions, scene engagement, contacts, average duration, average impressions, and the breakdown between known and anonymous users.

  2. Conversations: Provides a time-series analysis of average impressions, duration, conversions, and conversations. You can adjust the metric view by selecting different buttons within the charts.

  3. Profiles: Offers insights into visitors' device types, the proportion of new versus returning visitors, and the sources of traffic.

Optional Menu Options:

Additional menu options will appear if your story includes scenes relevant to the captured information:

  1. Responses: Shows data from questions in the story using single-choice or multiple-choice select actions. This option will only be visible if such scenes are included.

  2. Engagement: Displays user engagement metrics for videos in your story, including average completion rates categorized into buckets: less than 25%, 25% to 50%, 50% to 75%, greater than 75%, and 100%.

  3. Transactions: For campaigns focused on in-story purchases using credit cards or digital wallets, this option reveals transaction counts and values, payment methods, conversions, and the funnel leading to the payment page.

Downloading Data:

To view and download detailed user information, click the View Details link below the charts. You can segment the data by device, visitor type, and traffic source using the respective buttons. Ensure the Hide previews option is unchecked to include data from the Preview Campaign user sessions.
